Refund policy

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

14-Day Return Period

Customers have 14 days after receiving their order to request a return. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be unopened
• Must be in original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Faulty Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund.
