To preserve the integrity of your Nöud fragrance, store the bottle upright, tightly sealed, and away from direct light, heat, and humidity. A stable environment between 15–25 °C is ideal.

Fragrance is delicate by nature. Proper storage helps maintain its depth, balance, and longevity over time.

For best care:• Keep away from heat and sunlight.• Store in a drawer, closet, or cabinet away from windows and radiators.• Always close the cap securely to minimise oxygen exposure.• Avoid areas with humidity and temperature changes, such as bathrooms.

Fragrance evolves uniquely on every skin. A few simple rituals can help prolong its presence and reveal its full character.

For best wear:

  • Apply to well-moisturised skin, ideally with an unscented lotion.
  • Focus on pulse points—wrists, neck, décolletage, and behind the ears.• Allow the fragrance to settle naturally, without rubbing the skin.
  • Layering with complementary scented oils can deepen and extend the fragrance’s trail.

All ingredients in Nöud products are carefully selected to meet the highest safety standards and are fully compliant with UK and EU Cosmetic Regulations. Before any product reaches the market, it undergoes a thorough Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR), conducted by a qualified Safety Assessor, ensuring it is safe for consumer use. Ingredients are continuously reviewed, considering their intended use and application on the body. In accordance with legal requirements, all mandatory fragrance allergens are clearly listed on our packaging.

Beyond regulatory compliance, Nöud goes further. We consciously avoid certain ingredients that some customers prefer to skip, including phthalates, parabens, formaldehydes, nitro musks, SLS, and SLES. Instead, we prioritise high-quality natural raw materials—essential oils, absolutes, and plant- and flower-derived resins—reflecting our commitment to transparency, craftsmanship, and enduring quality.

Each Nöud London fragrance unfolds in three distinct stages—top, heart, and base notes—creating a unique olfactory journey throughout the day. Together, these layers compose a harmonious and memorable scent experience.

Top Notes – The Opening Impression
These are the first scents you encounter upon application. Light, fresh, and fleeting, top notes are designed to captivate immediately, often featuring citrus, fruits, herbs, or delicate florals.

Heart Notes – The Essence of the Fragrance
As the top notes fade, the heart notes emerge, revealing the true character of the fragrance. Lasting longer than the opening, they often combine floral, fruity, or spicy elements, lending balance, depth, and personality to the composition.

Base Notes – The Lasting Impression
The base notes form the foundation of the fragrance, lingering on the skin and leaving a subtle, enduring trail. Rich, warm, and resonant, they may be woody, earthy, or resinous, anchoring the lighter top and heart notes.

Understanding these layers allows you to fully appreciate the complexity of our perfumes, discovering new dimensions as each fragrance evolves throughout the day.

General Questions

We aim to dispatch all orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 PM on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

For mainland UK deliveries, orders typically arrive within 1–2 working days. Shipping is £5.50, with complimentary delivery on orders over £80, or when purchasing four or more samples or our Discovery Set.

For non-mainland UK and Northern Ireland, please allow 5–7 working days for delivery. A £7.50 shipping feeapplies.

During the festive period, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes and courier demand. We kindly ask that you allow an additional 3–5 working days for your order to arrive during this busy time.

Orders

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Simply follow the link provided to view the progress of your delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your parcel has been collected by the courier.

If your tracking status remains unclear after this time, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist. Please contact us at info@noudlondon.com.

Please note that if you choose to have your order delivered to a hotel, workplace, courier forwarding service, or other third-party address, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the receiving party once the courier marks the delivery as complete. Nöud London cannot accept liability for items that are lost, misplaced, or uncollected after delivery to these locations.

We regret that we are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

We’re sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. Once your items are dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

If you experience a significant delay or your parcel has not arrived, please contact us at info@noudlondon.com within 14 working days of the last tracking update. Our Customer Service team will be happy to assist and help resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you notice that any items are missing from your order upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service team at info@noudlondon.com as soon as possible.

To help us assist you more effectively, please include your order number and a detailed description of the missing items in your email. Our team will review your request promptly and work to resolve the issue. 

To update your delivery address, please contact us at info@noudlondon.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend the details before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note that once an order is already being processed, changes may not always be possible, but our team will make every effort to assist you.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unfortunately unable to amend the items or cancel the purchase. If you no longer wish to receive the order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to request a recall of the parcel.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email us at info@noudlondon.com, and our team will be happy to assist with any cancellation or amendment requests.

If you have a promotional code for our website, enter it in the “Discount Code or Gift Card” field at checkout and click “Apply.” If your basket meets the promotion’s requirements, the discount will be applied automatically.

Please note that sale items are excluded from promotional codes unless stated otherwise. Only one code can be used per order, and codes cannot be applied to purchases that have already been completed.

Returns & Refunds

We are pleased to accept returns within 28 days of receipt for items that remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
